# GennA1

> GennA1 is a Czech platform for corporate AI upskilling. Companies — small and
> large — use it to train their employees to understand and use AI in everyday
> work. Individuals can also learn on their own. It is NOT exam prep or a service
> for children.

## What GennA1 is
GennA1 teaches teams and individuals to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity,
NotebookLM and others) on real work tasks. The program runs across four skill
levels — from AI basics, to AI at work, to building AI agents, to building apps
without coding (vibe coding) — with an in-app AI tutor, hands-on practice,
assessments, and certification.

- Companies wanting to upskill employees in AI (the main target — SMBs and enterprises)
- Teams / departments rolling out AI skills with managed seats and shared credits
- Individuals learning AI on their own

- Organization accounts with a seat limit and a shared credit pool
